About Eliana
Eliana Freeman, LICSW believes therapy is a collaborative effort of building skills to best meet your needs, hopes, and goals; while exploring and building insight to better understand yourself. She offers individual therapy for a range of experiences including: anxiety, depression, self-esteem, navigating life transitions, identity development, relationship conflict, grief and loss, and trauma and PTSD.
Eliana received her clinical training and Master’s degree in Social Work from University of Pennsylvania, and has worked in a variety of settings including inpatient and outpatient clinics, schools, and residential spaces.
Her therapeutic approach is rooted in relational and psychodynamic approaches, while pulling from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness techniques. Eliana works with individuals across the spectrums of gender, race, sexuality, age, and class. She specializes in working with young adults navigating school, work, and life challenges.
